<p>Punjab Communications Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
