<p>Gujarat Energy Limited, formerly Gujarat Gas Limited, announced that Comptroller & Auditor General of India has appointed M/s. Dhirubhai Shah & Co. LLP as the company's Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment was conveyed in a letter dated September 10, 2026, and is subject to conditions outlined in Annexure-I available on the CAG’s website.</p>
