<p>JTL Defence Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its promoters, promoter group members, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons/insiders and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
