<p>Polychem Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations, to prevent insider trading related to the declaration of standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the window reopening 48 hours after the results are announced to the Bombay Stock Exchange.</p>
