<p>Race Eco Chain Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for trading in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.</p>
