| <p>Quess Corp Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Ajit Isaac as Director, liable to retire by rotation, and the appointment of Mr. Anish Thurthi as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective June 1, 2026, at its 19th Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026.
