Moneyboxx Finance allotted Rs 60 crore in debentures to Choice Finserv, Vakrangee, and Vivriti Capit Back

<p>Moneyboxx Finance Limited announced that its Working Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment of 6,000 Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, to Choice Finserv Private Limited (3,000 debentures), Vakrangee Limited (1,500 debentures), and Vivriti Capital Limited (1,500 debentures), for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 60 crore.</p>
