<p>Orbit Exports Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that it will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, as approved at a board meeting, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.</p>
