Goldiam International’s board approved Rs 152.80 crore allocation for store expansion and corporate Back
<p>Goldiam International Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors approved a revision in the utilization of unutilized proceeds from a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of Rs 20,204.98 lakhs, which netted approximately Rs 19,520.98 lakhs. As of June 30, 2026, the company had utilized Rs 49.25 crore, leaving approximately Rs 152.80 crore unutilized, and the board approved allocating Rs 107.80 crore towards establishing 35 new brand-exclusive stores, bringing the total to 60, and Rs 45.00 crore towards general corporate purposes, extending the utilization period from March 31, 2027, to December 31, 2027.</p>
