<p>Simran Farms Limited announced the confirmation of the re-appointment of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Bhatia as a Whole-time Director for a further term of 3 years, effective August 13, 2026, to August 12, 2029, and the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Chhabra as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective May 14, 2027, to May 13, 2032, at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026.</p>
