<p>Ultracab (India) Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, to the BSE Limited.</p>
