<p>Clenon Enterprises Limited, formerly known as G R Cables Limited, will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter of the financial year 2026-27 ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.</p>
