Uniparts India closes trading window for equity shares until after financial results Back

<p>Uniparts India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
