<p>Kandagiri Spinning Mills Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, and remain so until 48 hours after the publication of the board-approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
