Rallis India has appointed Mahesh Girdhar (DIN: 10270848) as an Additional Director in Independent capacity, for an initial term of 5 (five) years commencing from 10 December 2025 up to 09 December 2030 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders.
