<p>Shalibhadra Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for all connected persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
