<p>Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from September 30, 2026, in preparation for the finalization and publication of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the window expected to reopen 48 hours after the results are announced by the board of directors.</p>
