| <p>Prism Johnson Limited announced that its board approved an investment not exceeding Rs 40 Crores in equity and/or redeemable preference shares of KUS Renewable Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle incorporated by Purvah Green Power Private Limited, a subsidiary of Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation Limited, to set up a 49.5 MW captive wind power project in Madhya Pradesh. The project will supply renewable power to Prism Johnson Limited’s cement plant in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, with the acquisition expected to be completed by October 31, 2027, and representing at least 26.5% of KUS’s equity share capital.</p> |
