| <p>Rajasthan Securities Limited, formerly known as Rajasthan Gases Limited, announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Ms. Deepa Kishor Piplikar as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Ramesh Maloo as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director at its annual general meeting held on September 22, 2026. Mr. Maloo, who was initially appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on August 13, 2026, will serve for a term of five years.</p> |
