NCLT approves merger of Buildtech Products India with Thermax Back
Thermax announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT) has passed an order approving the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Buildtech Products India with the Company.
