<p>Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
