<p>Ashoka Refineries Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, and designated employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
