| <p>Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Alok Pathak as Chief Risk Officer for a three-year term, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, and the redesignation of Mr. Yogesh Dixit as “Head – Governance Projects,” effective October 1, 2026. The appointments were approved by the bank’s Board of Directors on October 1, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee, and are in accordance with RBI Master Circular No. RBI/DOR/2025 -26/180.</p> |
