Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited announced the allotment of 6,825 equity shares on August 13, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the Suryoday ESOP Scheme 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 106,28,98,240 comprising 10,62,89,824 shares to Rs 106,29,66,490 comprising 10,62,96,649 shares.
