CCL Products reports exercise of 2,100 equity shares under employee stock option scheme Back

<p>CCL Products (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that 2,100 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each were exercised by an eligible employee under the “CCL Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2022,” from CCL Employees Trust, with an exercise date of September 25, 2026, resulting in no change to the company’s paid-up share capital of Rs 26,70,55,840 divided into 13,35,27,920 shares.</p>
