HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 42,48,902 equity shares to employees through the exercise of options and Restricted Stock Units under its Employees Stock Options Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 15,40,51,42,784 to Rs 15,40,93,91,686.
