<p>Ajel Limited will shift its registered office from 106, Link Plaza Commercial Complex, New Link Road, Oshiwara, Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra -400102 to 714, IJMIMA Complex, Raheja Metroplex, Mindspace, Off Link Road, Behind Goregaon Sports Club, Malad (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400064, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited on September 22, 2026. The board of directors will formally approve the move at a meeting on September 24, 2026.</p>
