Sampre Nutritions allocates shares worth Rs 743.7 million to Brahma and Meera Gurbani Back
<p>Sampre Nutritions Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 1,770,710 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each at an issue price of Rs 42 each, including a premium of Rs 37 each, aggregating to Rs 7,43,69,820, to Brahma Gurbani and Meera Gurbani, upon conversion of unsecured loan.</p>
