Sampre Nutritions to review Q1 financials and director remuneration at August meeting Back
Sampre Nutritions Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider a proposal to increase the remuneration of Whole-Time Director Vishal Gurbani from Rs 18,00,000 per annum to Rs 60,00,000 per annum, effective April 1, 2026, subject to member approval.
