Remsons Industries Ltd. announced the appointment of Rahul Prabhakar Desai as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 3, 2026, following approval by the company's Board of Directors on July 27, 2026. Mr. Desai succeeds Amit Srivastava, whose resignation will take effect September 4, 2026, and brings over three decades of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, most recently serving as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer at Pinnacle Industries Limited.
