<p>Stanpacks (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
