| <p>Stovec Industries Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Theodorus Dominicus Bartholomeus Maria Kortekaas as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, effective September 25, 2026. Mr. Kortekaas is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Executive Board of SPGPrints B.V., Netherlands, a parent company of Stovec Industries Ltd., and holds a degree in Environmental Economics from Wageningen University.</p> |
