| <p>Tata Consultancy Services announced the acquisition of 100% partnership interest in BBY Services India LLP, a Bengaluru-based limited liability partnership firm incorporated in 2023, for a cash consideration of Rs 1 lakh. The acquisition, which is expected to be completed within 3-4 weeks, will establish an AI Native Capability Center and enhance AI-led transformation capabilities, according to a regulatory filing. BBY Services India LLP, which has approximately 450 employees, reported a turnover of Rs 48.12 crore in fiscal year 2024-25 and Rs 294.53 crore in fiscal year 2025-26.</p> |
