<p>Adroit Infotech Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the release of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the date of the board meeting for the financial results will be announced later.</p>
