Ballarpur Industries allotted Rs 22.5 crore in debentures to Hardik Bharat Patel Back

<p>Ballarpur Industries Limited announced that its board of directors has approved the allotment of 2,250 Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 22,50,00,000, on a private placement basis to Hardik Bharat Patel. The debentures, which have a three-year tenure and mature on November 06, 2029, are being issued to meet working capital requirements, repay existing borrowings, and fund capital expenditure.</p>
