Minal Industries Limited reports the passing of promoter Jesingbhai Badarmal Parikh Back

<p>Minal Industries Limited informed the BSE on September 21, 2026, that Jesingbhai Badarmal Parikh, a promoter of the company, has passed away, and consequently, he will cease to be included in the Promoter/Promoter Group of Minal Industries Limited with effect from September 21, 2026, as per Regulation 30 and Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.</p>
