Mr. Soni, whose appointment was approved by the board on Friday, August 14, 2026, holds a degree from St. Stephens’ College and an MBA from IMI, New Delhi, and is the son of Chairman and MD Mr. Bimal Roy Soni and Non-Executive Director Mrs. Anju Soni.
