<p>Ovobel Foods Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window will be closed for directors, promoters, key managerial personnel, designated persons, employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
