<p>Xpro India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
