| <p>Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Refex Green Power Limited, has acquired equity stakes in Refex Vayu SPV 1 Private Limited, Refex Vayu SPV 2 Private Limited, and Grey To Green Transition Private Limited, making them step-down subsidiaries or an associate company. Refex Green Power Limited acquired 100% of Refex Vayu SPV 1 Private Limited for Rs 25,520,000, 49% of Refex Vayu SPV 2 Private Limited for Rs 25,284,000, and 100% of Grey To Green Transition Private Limited for Rs 100,000.
