<p>Winsome Textile Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for its directors, Key Management Personnel, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
