<p>Lynx Machinery and Commercials Limited announced that its board of directors accepted the resignation of Ambavat Jain & Associates LLP as internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27, effective immediately, and appointed I. G. Naik & Co. as the new internal auditors for the same period, also effective immediately.</p>
