<p>Bhagwati Autocast Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
