<p>TCC Concept Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealings in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
