Ashtasiddhi Industries Limited, formerly known as Gujarat Investa Limited, will convene a board meeting on August 13, 2026, to approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and trading of the company's shares has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the results.
