Raghuvansha Agrofarms Limited informed the BSE Limited that the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh I, has registered the order to shift the company’s registered office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to Uttar Pradesh, effective August 10, 2026. The new registered office address is Cabin No. 33, Rear to Padam Tower-I, 01st Floor, 14/113, Civil Lines, Kanpur Nagar – 208001, Uttar Pradesh.
