<p>Monte Carlo Fashions Limited announced that its board of directors approved furnishing a corporate guarantee of Rs 117 crore in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, acting as Security Trustee for Punjab National Bank, to secure a term loan facility for MCFL Energy Projects Private Limited, a wholly owned unlisted subsidiary, for its proposed 35 MW solar power project in Madhya Pradesh.</p>
