Empire Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that trading window for dealing in the company’s shares will remain closed from July 1, 2026, upto 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
