Tuni Textile Mills completes rights issue, allotting over 46 million shares Back

<p>Tuni Textile Mills Limited announced that its Rights Issue Committee approved the allotment of 46,91,79,280 fully paid-up Rights Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs 1.00 per share to eligible allottees, as finalized by BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange for the Rights Issue on October 27, 2026. The company's paid-up equity share capital post-rights issue is now 59,98,10,280 shares, compared to 13,06,31,000 shares before the rights issue, with a total amount of Rs 4,691.79 crore.</p>
