<p>BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
