Clean Science and Technology Limited allotted shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme Back

<p>Clean Science and Technology Limited announced the allotment of 1,601 equity shares under its Clean Science and Technology Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 10,62, 82,520 to Rs 10,62, 84,121. The allotment, approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on August 31, 2026, was made at an exercise price of Rs 500 per share with a premium of Rs 499 per share.</p>
