<p>Tashi India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all Designated and Connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
